the rooms are spacious and include an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a cooktop. the breakfast is large, and the location is magnificent just next door to the centre, city life and restaurant.

The staff here were fantastic and really friendly, always providing great service. the location is spot on, right by the city center, which is definitely a big plus! 👍.

birkenhof hotel is super clean. it's right next to a nature reserve - great for dog owners. the staff are friendly and helpful. they print boarding passes and provide chargers. the breakfast is amazing - with lots of variety.

The wifi is fast and password-free. The staff is friendly and English-speaking. The hotel has a great restaurant and offers bicycles for guests to explore the nearby trails. The location in Hanau-Steinheim is excellent.

The hotel is also conveniently located near the centre of town, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The view from the breakfast room is breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful garden. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The internet speed is outstanding, allowing us to stay connected effortlessly. And of course, the cleanliness of this place is second to none, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at Hotel Birkenhof. The loft apartment we were upgraded to was fantastic, offering plenty of space and comfort. The restaurant served amazing food, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was out of this world, with fresh and varied options. The hotel also went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, such as providing a shower mat for my elderly aunt and printing a boarding pass for her. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the beds being a bit too soft and the towels not being as soft as we would have liked, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. I highly recommend this hotel.

Spent a lovely Christmas at a hotel in a great location just a stone's throw away from the town center. the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. the room was spacious and well-maintained with a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. the hotel offered a fantastic Christmas feast with an amazing selection of dishes and desserts to delight every guest.

Although the hotel was well-maintained, we felt that some areas could do with an update. the room decor felt a bit outdated, and the towels were not as soft as we had hoped.

I recently stayed at Birkenhof in Hanau for a week-long trip. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, welcoming us warmly even though we arrived late due to ferry issues. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a fully stocked mini bar. The breakfast spread was huge and delicious, with options for both German and American breakfast. I also enjoyed dining at the hotel's excellent restaurant, which served traditional German dishes like rabbit and schnitzel. , the hotel had a beautiful outside terrace and garden, perfect for enjoying good weather. The nearby old town was easily accessible on foot and offered plenty of other dining options.

For those who love being close to nature, this hotel is perfectly located, away from the bustle of the city life and surrounded by beautiful scenery. You can explore the nature reserve right next door, or take a walk down the main river. Even travellers with their dogs can enjoy their stay as the location is quite pet, friendly. the hotel offers excellent service with high, speed internet, and a spotless, comfortable room with a well, fitted bathroom. the breakfast is huge, with ample varieties and a lovely outside terrace view.

There seems to be no public room or bar available in the hotel for socialising despite the friendly staff.

During our Christmas stay, we really enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The hotel's location was perfect, as we were able to easily explore the nearby town and take a stroll through the beautiful trails. the staff was very friendly and always willing to help us with recommendations and suggestions.

We found the beds and pillows to be quite uncomfortable and made for a less than restful night's sleep. our stay was a mixed experience, with positives and negatives.
